GTI, the UK and Ireland’s leading graduate recruitment and early careers specialist, is pleased to announce a significant investment from Causeway Capital Partners and Mark Blythe, one of GTI’s founders.

This investment will allow GTI to accelerate its roll-out of new technology and data services that help graduate recruiters identify and attract top talent, and universities improve the employment outcomes of their students.

“We have developed world-class software, data, media and recruitment services that are changing the way recruiters and universities manage graduate careers,” said Graham Storey, Chief Executive Officer at GTI. “The investment from Causeway will enable us to bring forward our plans, helping more students find employment, organisations recruit more efficiently, and universities improve their students’ career success.”

Pierce Casey, Investment Director at Causeway Capital added, “We are delighted to be backing Mark, Graham and the GTI team to develop their vision of transforming the way students move from education to employment. The UK is setting the pace in innovation associated with graduate outcomes. As the UK market leader, GTI is uniquely placed to build on this innovation and deliver the best services and products for its students, recruiters and university customers.”
