The trendence UK Graduate Barometer Survey 2015 has just closed with a record of over 40,000 completions from students at more than 120 universities, making it the largest and most comprehensive student careers survey in the country. No other survey collects responses from students studying at such a large number of universities and uniquely, across all year groups.
This year, we have increased the proportion of students taking part from the top 30 universities by 54 per cent.
There are four editions of the Barometer, focusing on the main recruitment sectors: Business, IT, Law and Engineering.
The trendence UK Barometer Survey is designed to help organisations:
Five day visit to China and time with finance chiefs on offer to winning students
To promote the value and importance of business careers and to attract the brightest and best students, ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is offering a unique opportunity to the winner and the runner up of the new Future CFO Award at the TARGETjobs Undergraduate of the Year competition. The top two undergraduates will win a five day trip to Shanghai - one of the world’s fastest growing economies - and access to finance chiefs. The winner will also receive a paid internship this summer to gain valuable work experience.
GTI Media and CASCAID, with a combined total of more than 65 years’ experience of careers information and guidance, have launched today the largest careers survey of school and college students in the UK: the trendence School Leaver Barometer 2015. Building on the experience gained from the well-received 2014 survey, this year we will reach more students, more schools and produce even more useful data for schools, parents, employers and universities.

L’Oréal UK & I is the latest international graduate recruiter to partner with the TARGETjobs Undergraduate of the Year Awards 2015 to launch the Male Undergraduate of the Year Award.
The company has sponsored the first ever award open exclusively to men in a bid to promote its profile among male undergraduates, and challenge perceptions they often have of working for a cosmetics giant.
The winner of the Award will receive a ten week summer internship with L’Oréal, including a week in Paris, and two days spent with senior managers of the company.
