Clifford Chance partners with TARGETjobs Awards to raise awareness of National Student Pride among students and graduate employers

GTI, organisers of the TARGETjobs National Graduate Recruitment Awards, is delighted to announce Clifford Chance as the headline partner for the 2018 event, with National Student Pride.

Clifford Chance, one of the world’s largest law firms and member of London’s ‘Magic Circle’, has long been a champion of LGBT employees, evidenced by its fourth-place ranking in the annual Stonewall Top 100 Employers 2017 and its ‘Arcus Allies’ programme, which supports LGBT colleagues throughout the firm.

Clifford Chance is also a gold sponsor of the annual National Student Pride festival, and has eagerly decided to partner with National Student Pride as the headline sponsors of the TARGETjobs National Graduate Recruitment Awards 2018. They hope to raise awareness of the festival across all graduate career sectors.

Celebrating its 14th year as the largest, most influential graduate and entry-level recruitment awards in Europe, the TARGETjobs National Graduate Recruitment Awards attracts an audience of well over a thousand recruiters, agencies, universities and professional bodies. Each year they gather to witness more than 30 awards being given to the UK’s top early careers employers, as voted for by a poll of almost 100,000 students.

About National Student Pride

National Student Pride is an annual weekend festival held in February for students from across the UK. In 2017 more than 1,700 students from 170 universities and colleges attended the event, while more than 35,000 joined our digitally streamed panels for a weekend of discussion aimed at empowering young LGBT people to feel comfortable in their identity. Mixing debates, cinema screenings, a graduate recruitment fair, exhibitions, social events and workshops, our event is the largest culmination of LGBT student and graduate talent in the UK. Entering our thirteenth year, National Student Pride 2018 will be held on the weekend of 9–11 February, which will be our fifth year at the University of Westminster’s Marylebone campus.
