This regionalised competition is open to students in years 12 and 13. In the first stage, students compete online, taking fun tests that also assess the skills and attributes expected of successful school-leaver employees. The top 10 scorers in each region progress to the grand final event, where they meet the final set of ‘challenges ‘and sponsor employers.
